Refund Policy

You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions when placing your order(s) with us.
Claims for any returns will not be authorized for a 100% refund.
The company has the right to retain 50% of the total order amount as service charges incurred in working on the customer project.
Refund shall only be issued after customer(s) provide verifiable proof(s) or any problems in the work.
Refund or any charge back is not entertained or is considered void if there is a claim after 10 days of order delivery.
Order(s) claiming for a refund will be thoroughly investigated, which may take up to 30 days.
Refund amount will be decided by the company for those orders in which customer have availed a re-write or revision facility.
For order(s) having a deadline of 48 hours or less, NO REFUNDS shall be provided.
For dissertation order(s) having a deadline of 10 days or less, NO REFUNDS shall be provided.
